SECRETARY / PERSONAL ASSISTANT (SHORT TERM ASSIGNMENT) – COLOMBO 3 A well established Group of Companies is seeking a versatile Individual with a pleasing personality to join them as a Personal Assistant/Secretary on a short term assignment. Key Responsibilities -Ability to handle all types of correspondence, reports etc., independently -Maintain high levels of confidentiality – Proactive and able to work with the minimum supervision. – Excellent knowledge of MS office packages. – Very good and meticulous admin skills, in maintaining filing systems, documentation, Qualifications and experience -Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken Should have some secretarial qualifications/or experience of not less than 10 years.
