Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Sales Support Assistant for a leading FMCG client company located in Colombo 04.
Salary: Rs. 25,000/= – Rs.30,000/=
Job Description
Processing a high volume of product orders
Processing invoices for all sales transactions
Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
Liaise with warehouse regarding prompt deliveries made to Distributors
Reporting Daily/weekly/monthly sales results to the sales team.
Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team objectives.
Answering phone calls from customers.
Communicating with inter departments and warehouse.
Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails
Checking Field staff sales expenses and follow up with finance till reimbursement process completed
Preparing Sales Incentives
Preparing transport allowances for payments
Follow up on instructions given by HOS/Sales Lead
Required Educational/Professional Qualifications
Candidate should pass GCE A/L
Proficiency in MS Excel is a must
Professional qualifications in Sales will be an added advantage
Desired behavioral competencies
Should be willing to work in excess of usual business opening and closing times
Able to work under pressure
Should possess excellent PR skills
