Sales Supervisor – North / East
As the leading Marketing Organization of Micromax Mobile Phones, we are looking for young, dynamic individuals for our North /East markets. The personality of our choice would be a male not more than 30 years with minimum of G.C.E.O/L qualification. The Ideal candidate should have at least 02-03 years Cellular or relevant Sales / Marketing Experience. Selected candidate should be a go getter and have the ability to lead a team. The other prerequisites comprise computer literacy, Fluent in all 03 languages, a valid driving license and the right attitude that makes a good team player

• Achieving given primary & secondary targets
• Coordinate with assigned distributors
• Monitor market outstanding & payments
• Promote new products to the market
• Monitor sales & distribution of the areas allocated
• Supervise sales team
• Monitor system updates
• Sending daily reports
• Attending to service matters
• Develop sales in the region
