We are looking for an energetic individual with personal drive, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our Sales and Marketing Team. The role will involve the following:

  • Call up prospects (and/or send out e-mails) based on guidance/scripts provided by the Sales and Marketing  teams; follow up on these emails/calls diligently
  • Ccreate sufficient interest in participating in either meetings or teleconferences with our Front Sales Team
  • Keep abreast of new Copal Amba services
  • Review with Sales and Marketing teams and Sales on the effectiveness of the calling programme and make appropriate mid-course corrections

Required background

  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in cold calling. Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage
  • A degree in Marketing/ CIM
  • Familiarity with the capital markets space (buy-side and sell-side)
  • Ability to generate new contacts from clients who are interested in what we have to offer
  • Excellent  communication and presentation skills
  • Strongly motivated, a high degree of initiative, and result orientation
  • Ability to learn in a limited period of time about the company’s financial services portfolio
  • Willingness to work under pressure while maintaining a professional attitude
  • Ability to work with extended teams
