Job Description
Promotion claims & other payment reconciliation
Coordinate with procurement for Outlet ordering issues / System issues Outlet wise
Sales reports coordinate with supervisors
To Prepare Meeting reports & Sales forecasts
Checking & monitoring CPU orders
CPU ordering issues coordinate with category managers
Short expire coordinating with supervisors (CPU & trade)
Promotion & activation coordination
Listing forms & samples to be arrange
Merchandisers salary / bus fare / Bike allowance coordination with all sales reps & supervisors
Distribute key account manager’s message to all supervisors within a time period (sample activations, brand managers sales reports)
Weekly updating key accounts manager what are the pending debit notes rep & supervisor wise
Requirements
Passed GCE A/L
Should Be Computer Literate ( Excel, Word, PDF)
Fluency in English ( Writing, Reading & speaking)
Age Between 21 – 30
Good Team Player
Experience in Handling FMCG Would be an added Advantage
