Full-Time Sales and Marketing Executives
Job Description
Our client is a technology driven design company, transforming brands and experiences to thrive in the global market.
Currently there is an excellant opportunity to join their team as Sales and Marketing Executives.
Operational responsibilities:
– Identifying potential market and the Clients base, Marketing strategies.
– Research and build relationships with new clients.
– Exploring and Identifying the client’s requirements and needs.
– Consulting and proposing solutions and applications for clients based on their requirements.
– Identifying and resolving the client’s issues and problems.
– Account management, Project management and People management.
– Working with other departments & internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
General responsibilities:
– Exploring global market. Exploring new solutions according to the markets and trends.
– Playing key role in company initiatives for developing new projects for future use.
– Maintaining high level of customer service.
Position Requirements:
– 18 – 40 years in age.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in similar or parallel capacity.
– Strong knowledge on IT with Business Development and Marketing experience.
– Adequate understanding of IT products and services.
– Should be willing to sail in unfamiliar waters if need arises.
– Should have a good exposure to latest technologies and solutions.
– Must be very pro-active and persuasive with leads and clients.
– Strong adherence to protocols / standards. This job requires special commitment and dedication.
– Self motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Must be fluent in English / Sinhala, both spoken and written.
– Applicant should have high proficiency in maintaining clean & professional communication via phone/email with leads.
– Proficiency in other languages are an added advantage.
– Ability to take responsibility (good team players) – MUST.
– Dedication & strong commitment to meet goals.
Additional:
Preference would be given to applicants with experience / track records.
