Full-Time Receptionist cum Office Coordinator
Job Description
Our client is an Interior Company which handles Turn Key Refurbishment Projects of Hotels, Bungalows etc. including local and imported Wood Flooring and Furnishing. They also undertake Total Office Interior Projects. Due to the rapid expansion of their operations they are looking for pleasant, dynamic, young individuals who have reputations for exceeding targets.
Key Requirements:
• Age below 30 with pleasant personality
• Computer Literacy (Ms Office)
• 1 to 2 Years experience in similar capacity
• Excellent command in English speaking, reading and writing
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ability to handle incoming calls, Greeting visitors and directing to right person
• Answering inquiries and directing them to Marketing Division
• Assist Administration and Operations related work
