Job Description

  • Plan, organize and direct technical activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities and systems
  • Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans
  • Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations
  • Monitor and supervise progress of workers
  • Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports
  • Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying
  • Knowledge of Auto CAD will be a plus point
