Receptionist cum Admin Coordinator
Role Profile
- Receptionist
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls effectively and efficiently to create a good impression for the organization
- Interact with customers modestly and handle visitors cordially showing hospitality and promptly attending to the needs of the visitors
- Coordinate with the courier service between business units
- Admin
- Manage smooth operation of the administrative services (canteen, cleaning, meals, tea etc)
- Coordination of Admin & HR related payments
- Maintain daily attendance of the staff comprising the outsourced staff deployed at the factory
- Generate certain HR & Admin related reports as per the deadlines each month
- Ensure all administrative tasks are carried out as per the employee health and safety requirements & quality standards
- Any other miscellaneous clerical tasks as appropriate
Personal Profile
- GCE O/L qualification with a credit passes in English/ Mathematics and A/L qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity in a reputed organization, specially in a factory set up
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge on clerical, office procedures, systems will be advantageous
The selected candidate will be on an initial outsourced contract for one year, which is extendable.
