The Job:
As a Manager – IT; you are expected to motivate and drive the team to achieve maximum productivity and control costs in managing internal projects ,managing Service Desk and implementing business continuity and disaster recovery plans through the most effective uses of new technology with available resources. Also you are responsible to carryout/Support IT audits both external & internal and implement audit findings with in the given context.
The Applicant should possess;
* A Degree in IT (BSc in computer science) or similar professional qualification.
* Minimum of 5 Years of experience in similar capacity.
* Experience in Finance or Insurance sector will be an added advantage.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience/Exposure in below areas would be a distinct advantage.
o Project management skills
o Knowledge in Business Continuity and Disaster recovery
o Exposure to IT Audit and Compliance
o Clients/Service desk management skills
o Knowledge in IT administrative work
