Essential requirements:

Qualification / Experience / Knowledge / Skills:

• Diploma in IT or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a technical support role
• Knowledge of a range of computer networking systems
• Excellent skills in network and hardware troubleshooting
• Excellent troubleshooting skills on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 / 2008 and Windows 7
• Knowledge of ERP system would be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal, team-working and time management skills
