Executive – Production – MAS Intimates
Purpose of the Job
As a Production Executive you are required to guide and motivate production staff and value stream team members to achieve the required quality standards on time as per the customer’s requirement.
Your duties include;
- Define the overall value process to identify and plan how to minimise or eliminate non value added activities in order to drive down costs and increase efficiency.
- Monitor delivery requirements daily to achieve customer requirements in order to ensure delivery dates are met.
- Review weekly with Value Stream supervisors to identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective action to reduce repetition of issues.
- Identify training needs of reporting employees and liaise with HR to facilitate training programs to ensure the effective development of employees
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in BSc. Production Engineering degree with one year working experience in similar capacity
- National Diploma in Technology with 2 years working experience in similar capacity
- Clothing Industry Training Institute with 3 years working experience in executive capacity
