CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXECUTIVE (Female)
FOR THE CONTACT CENTER
Main Responsibilities
1) Independently handle inbound communication via telephone, email and attend to the requirements accordingly and promptly.
2) Performing out-bound communications for DMSE existing and potential customers. Ex: such as new product launches, Events and surveys on customer feedbacks. (Teaming-up with relevant departments within the company)
3) Engagement with DMSE Support Desk Operations.
Ideal Candidate should be………
•Fluent in English and Tamil
•Pleasant and a calm personality who has the attitude of “Helping” in order to meet internal/external customer requirements with a clear vocal communication capability.
•A Resident within the radius of 35Kms to Colombo.
•Capable to work with minimum supervision.
•An Excellent Team player who could complete tasks on time
•Fair knowledge in MS office applications
•Age below 26
•Having past experience in a Call Center/As a Receptionist would be an advantage
