Job Description

Genuity, the HR Solutions arm of Aitken Spence Group seeks to recruit a qualified and self-directed individual to fill in the following vacancy for one of its clients, a reputed organization in the Middle East.

Main duties of the role include but are not limited to;

• Leading audit teams on multiple, large and complex audits.

• Enhancing the organisation’s control environment.

• Delivering agreed audit objectives to a high standard within time and budget.

• Establishing, developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships and knowledge base, both internal and external, to inform business understanding, advise on and influence risk management practices.

• Manage, coach and develop staff members.

Qualifications

1. The ideal candidate to should possess a Degree in Finance or an equivalent.
2. Being certified from the Institute of Internal Auditors, CISA or equivalent qualification would be advantageous.
3. At least 7 years’ experience in Auditing, preferably in a bank, is essential.
4. Applicants should have be customer oriented and possess excellent organizational, project management, communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
5. An excellent understanding of risk and control measures and relevant risk control frameworks, understanding IA methodology and industry regulation will be advantageous.
