Consultant – Business Consulting

Experience:

• 5+ years of Operational/ Consulting experience with in depth understanding of a selected domain and experience in related world class applications will be an added advantage

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or MSc/ MBA in IT/ Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Maths or Economics from a recognized University

Skills & Knowledge:

• Good Understanding of Consulting practices, solution conceptualization and current technology concepts combined with Software Development Lifecycle Experience
• Excellent client interaction, strong analytical and presentation skills, out- of- the- box thinking and leadership skills
• Experience in identifying opportunities, proposal writing, diagramming, responding to RFI, RFP & RFQs, enhancing Solution Offerings and Go – To Market Strategies
• Good knowledge in Software Development or BPO domains will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Identifying issues and forming hypothesis
• Formulating and implementing recommendations/ solutions
• Ensuring that the client receives the assistance needed to implement the recommendations/ solutions
• Client relationship management
• Carrying out research and data collection
• Conducting analysis
•  Interviewing clients employees, management team and other stakeholders
• Running focus groups and facilitating workshops
• Preparing business proposals/ presentations

• Strong Presentation Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•  Ability to prioritize and multi task
• Experience in preparing documentation of business requirements, analysis and functions
• Effective problem solving skills
• Ability to build strong client relationships
