ASSISTANT RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS

(KURUNEGALA / MATARA / GALLE)

 

You should ideally;

  • be below 32 years of age
  • possess a degree or full professional qualification in ICASL, CIMA, ICSA, ACCA or AIB
  • possess at least 3 years post qualifying experience in banking /project financing / leasing or relevant field in an Executive capacity
  • possess strong analytical skills / knowledge of financial statements
  • possess good interpersonal and marketing skills
  • have excellent communication and negotiation skills

 

You will be required to,

  • Market products and services of DFCC & DVB
  • Evaluate & recommend loans & other financial proposals of both DFCC and DVB for approval
  • Implement projects, monitor & follow up of same
  • Maintain & improve the quality of the portfolio
  • Maintain existing client relationships & promote facilities to new clients

Applicants who do not possess the required 3 years post-qualifying executive experience will be considered for recruitment as Executive Trainees.
