Assistant Manager/Senior Coordinator – Projects & Mall development

The role would suit a Senior Project Coordinator from a design, planning or project management background from a Retail development environment. The ideal candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate an established track record of project coordination and project delivery. 

Major tasks and duties expected:

  • Dealing with suppliers and contractors on project related matters, comparing and negotiating quotes, budget preparation, coordinating with finance and preparing proposals for approvals.
  • Monitoring project progress and coordinating with the internal departments, consultants and contractors on timelines.
  • Working with project management team acting as a coordinator between the consultants, contractors and various other stakeholders.
  • Monitoring existing ODEL tenants’ sales, coordination and communication as and when necessary.

 

   Required qualifications/ Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business management or an equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrable success in all aspects of the project development cycle from inception, through to design and final delivery phase
  • Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft programs, programing and related techniques
  • Excellent negotiation  and communication skills
