We are looking for a young and enthusiastic person who can join us as a project coordinator and admin specialist.
Job description
- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget
- Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attending corporate meetings.
- Coordinating meetings
- Creating a project management calendar
- Developing project strategies
- Administrative duties
- Be the main point of contact for all client inquiries, requests and customer service issues
- Work with the production team to set timelines for projects and ensure clients are updated regularly
- Coordinate any special projects for the team and work closely with sales, marketing, production and 3rd party vendors
- Provide detailed reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to the teams to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently
Qualifications Required.
- Degree on Business Management or IT or Relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using word processing programs and spreadsheets
- Ability to multitask
- Experience in a client service and coordinator role
- Strong MS Office knowledge and advanced Excel knowledge for reporting
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Approximately 1-2 years in Operations and Maintenance Management
- Results-driven and attentive
