Direct Mailing Services, a Company involved in outsourcing activities wishes to recruit a suitable candidate for above Position at Leading International Bank at Colombo 07

EXPECTED OUTCOMES
  • Welcome all visitors at the front desk and direct them to appropriate staff
  • Operate telephone system, monitoring and screening all incoming telephone calls and directing them to appropriate staff through PABX
  • Assist staff and visiting headquarters mission with making overseas and domestics long distance calls as necessary
  • Manage effective mail management
  • Update daily attendance records of staff
  • Manage office transport services
  • Coordinates with project officers, updates on the project implementation progress of Resident Mission. Provide administrative support to international staff and national staff.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Female candidate with pleasing personality between 25-35 years of age
  • Experience in secretarial field, good command of English and computer skills is MUST.
  • Degree/Diploma or related field from a recognized university would be an added advantage.

Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate

The selected Candidate would be offered a Fixed Term contract.
