We currently seek dynamic, result-oriented individuals to fulfill the following positions.

  1. Senior Executive – Life Insurance Claims
  • The Role
  • Responsible for settlement of life insurance claims as per the Company service standards.
  • Approve claims up to the assigned authority limit & suggest settlements above the assigned authority limit.
  • Following up of claims until settlement.
  • Submit MI to the Management.
  • Advise for required developments in the ISF system of claims and servicing.
  • Maintain claims reserves.
  • Handle Re-insurance recoveries on claims.
  • Oversee the operation of life servicing (premium related and non-premium related alterations, normal and special revivals) in order to maintain services standards.
  • The Profile
  • Should pass G.C.E. (A/L).
  • Should have 03 – 05 Years’ experience in handling life insurance claims in head office of a reputed Life Insurance Company.
  • Experience with authority to approve Life Claims.
  • Experience in life – servicing will be a definite advantage.

     2. Officer – Life Insurance Claims

  • The Role
  • Prepare and maintain claim files, claim registers and other relevant records of life insurance claims.
  • Enter data and processing life claims in the system.
  • Follow- up on life insurance claims.
  • Suggest settlements.
  • Maintain Company service standards for life insurance claims.
  • The Profile
  • Should pass G.C.E. (A/L)
  • Should have 01 – 02 Years’ experience in life claims in head office of a reputed Life Insurance Company.
  • Experience in life – servicing will be a definite advantage.
