JOB VACANCY

Junior Buyer

The ideal candidate should be able to assess the following factors when making purchasing decisions:

  • Excellent relationships with suppliers
  • Customer demand (Price, quality and availability)
  • Market trends
  • Concept alignment (for ODEL standards)
  • Understanding of the technical parts of ladies apparel

 We are looking for someone ideally with:

  • 3 -5 year experience in a Buying role
  • Good analytical skills
  • Graduate or a post graduate with merchandising or buying background
  • Should be highly numerical and have an excellent ability to analyse data
  • Attention to detail is paramount as is an enquiring mind.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels.
  • The ideal candidate should be someone who is able to demonstrate that they have the ability to work on their own but also as part of a team.
