Intern – HR

If you plan to pursue a career in the field of Human Resources (HR), an internship will allow you to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge on HR processes, essential working knowledge, how to build and coordinate a good relationship with staff and learn how to communicate with people from all over the world.

Internship for HRIS and Data Analytics

• Compile and analyze information and data to present to Management
• Ensure quality and timely delivery on reporting
• Ensure tracking sheets and system updates are done in accurate and timely manner
• Maintain high level of data accuracy and privacy
• Identify data requirements and innovative ways to present the data to management
• Create user-friendly databases and tracking mechanisms

Skills required

• Advanced data analytics
• Statistics – Fully or part (3 / 4 Years)
• Excellent Excel skills (V-lookup, Pivot tables etc)
