HR Executive- Compliance

Our client is a largest exporter of apparel in Sri Lanka which is engaged in developing, manufacturing and marketing end-to-end apparel solutions for global fashion super brands in which having the vacancy in Horana.

Job Role

As a HR Executive, you are expected to be highly accurate, process oriented, empathetic, dependable, organized and capable of taking more responsibilities.

Eligibility

To be successful you will need to possess:

• Minimum 2 years’ of work experience in compliance in a multinational company in apparel industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will be below 35 years of age and can look forward to a rewarding career with a clear path towards personal and professional success coupled with advanced training opportunities and an attractive remuneration package.
