HR Executive – Training & Development

Our client is a largest apparel exporter in Sri Lanka which engaged in developing, manufacturing and marketing end-to-end apparel solutions for global fashion super brands.

The Role

  • Ensure timely implementation of employee development plans
  • Coordinate training programs
  • Preparation of the manpower budget
  • Effective execution of the succession plan
  • Preparation of relevant statistics reports

Eligibility

To be successful you will need to possess:

  • A Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
