Full-Time Post of HR Assistant
Job Description
HR Assistant will be responsible for;
- Welcome new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
- Provide payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
- Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- Provide secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining stationaries.
- ISO Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations..
- Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, absences, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
- Maintain headcount report on a monthly basis
- Input leave applications to the system and update daily attendance records.
- Process and review employment applications in order to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants.
- Maintaining employee personal files.
Requirements;
- Diploma/Certificate in HR or Business Management from a recognized institute
- Minimum 01 year experience
- Excellent communication skills in English, Verbal and written
- Computer literacy
- Age below 26 years
- Should be able to multi task and work under pressure
