Our client is a Destination Management Company (Handling Agent) who caters for

inbound tours to Sri Lanka. They are a B2B wholesaler for Sri Lanka tour programs

such as FIT, GIT, Set Departure Programs, Tailor Made Tours, MICE and corporate

tours. There requirements are as follows-
Job role

 Responsible for maintaining the expected room occupancy of the hotel

 Develop Market and brand strategies to reach local and foreign travel agents

 Customer relationship management

 Business development and create strategies

 improving and maintaining sales targets for the hotel

 Managing the sales team

 visiting local agents and maintaining the relationship

 Networking with local and overseas travel agents

Qualification

 Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same industry within the similar capacity

 Should have a good network with local and foreign travel agents and tour operators

 Professional qualification in sales or marketing from SLIM/ CIM added advantage

 Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English

 Possess excellent PR skills

 Task oriented and highly committed to deadlines

 Ability to think out of the box
