Job Role : Will be responsible to attend to customer inquiries over the phone as well as over the

Qualifications:
Should be able to converse in English
Preferably with 3 – 6 months of Customer Service Experience
Personal Attributes and Skills:
Must be highly motivated with an ability to take ownership
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work on own and as part of a team
Proficient end user computing skills and proven application of MS Excel and Word
Should be willing to work on a roster including weekends
