Associate Application Support Engineer
This role consists of following items;
Monitor, maintain, administrate and supports the DirectFN enterprise applications and infrastructure. Need to work closely with the software development, QA and deployment teams to maintain production systems.
Requirements:
- Strong communications skills (Written and Verbal).
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Effective troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to be self-motivated and work collaboratively with different divisions.
- Knowledge on Java, Linux, Oracle, networking, Shell scripting.
- Ability to work on a 24×7 roster.
- Should be a good team player.
- Degree or Diploma in computer science OR 1+ years of industrial experience in similar capacity.
- Preferably age below 30 years.
