Job Specification
- Post graduate qualification (Part of Full)
- Experience in L & D, Recruitment, Welfare and HR administration
- Good command of written and spoken English language, computer literacy (Ms Excel).
- Should have presentation skills and analytical skills.
Job Description
- Develop and Implementation of HR policy, System, Processes as per the company needs
- Ensure smooth functioning of all HR processes
- Ensure timely generating of MIS reports as per the request of the manager/regional and global management
- Should be disciplined and a team player.
- Should strictly follow HSE guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Should have high integrity.
- Should be able to work extended hours if required.
- Living in and around Colombo will be an advantage.
