Qualifications and experience 

• Fluency in English 
• Should be able to work from 5pm to 10pm 
• Candidate should posses excellent customer service skills 
• Must be highly motivated with an ability to take ownership

Job Role 

• Attend to customer inquiries 
• Developing a good relationship with customers 
• Follow up on customer requests and complaints
