Job Description
The Assistants will provide a high-level professional administrative service by working on tasks and projects as assigned by the client, and ensuring they are executed on time and to the highest level of quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Keep track of emails and respond at times.
Coordinate with the team members and ensure they are doing their work in a timely manner.
Apply for projects on team’s behalf related to computer networking on various job portals.
Writing emails to prospective clients.
First point of contact for everyone who wants to contact.
Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines.
liaising with staff and clients.
Online research for any topics provide.
Managing LinkedIn profile.
Posting articles on websites (Will provide the content. You just need to copy paste it)
Any other miscellaneous tasks to support the manager.Assistants are expected as part of their contract to take an agreed upon number of client hours and be available for clients during defined service hours.
