Job Description

We are on the lookout for an Office Coordinator (Kotahena, Grandpass & Mattakkuliya) for our well reputed client company.

Job Description

Preparations of title reports.
Provide day to day Invoices.
Sound knowledge of English letter drafting & e mail writing, updating and maintain files.
Should be fully conversant in MS word, excel, power point, email, internet etc.
Work Attributes and Qualifications

Should have excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently with positive attitude to work.
Should have previous experience in handling tenders, quotations, agreements, invoicing & email correspondence.
G.C.E A/L qualified.
Having 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
Should have excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
Pleasant, Self-confident and Outgoing personality.
Age should be below 25 years.
