Manager – Card Operations

Job Profile

The person should be able to handle the Card Centre of the bank according to VISA worldwide operating regulations with special emphasis on dispute resolution procedures, risk management procedures and compliance. Further, the selected candidate should be familiar with the regulations issued by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, governing Payment Card industry and related operating instructions issued by the controller of exchange on Electronic Fund Transfer Cards (EFTCs) to authorized dealers.

The ideal candidate should have following qualifications and attributes,

• Should possess academic or professional qualifications,preferably in Banking, Business Management or Marketing.
• Age below 45 Years.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in executive capacity in a ATM Card Centre locally or overseas.

Should have hands on experience in all aspects of Debit Card Management including

• Debit Card operations
• Accounting procedures
• Fraud monitoring activities
• Debit  Card marketing strategies.
