Full-Time Membership Policy and Audit Administrator
Job Description
You will be:
Undertaking the auditing of members CPD records.
Undertaking the audits of members suspended due to non-compliance of CPD requirements.
Answering questions and give guidance on the CPD scheme, CPD auditing and super user function, received by telephone and via the CPD in-box.
Managing the issue and renewal of CPD vouchers.
Assisting with membership policy related queries.
You will need to have following skills and experience which you may have gained through voluntary activities or paid employment:
Strong planning and organisational skills
Excellent inter-personal skills
Eye for detail, accuracy
The ability to prioritise and take ownership of your work
Excellent time management skills and of working to strict deadlines
IT skills – word, excel, and familiarity with databases
An excellent standard of written and oral English
