The Job

• Promoting and mobilizing deposit business both from individuals and corporate sector.
• Develop and implement a business plan for identified target markets with identifies volumes.
• Analyse existing short term and long term deposits initiate action properly.
• Identify new market segments for new deposits and have the ability to direct and motivate the team members

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Management/Marketing/ Banking/ or Passed GCE (A/L) with full or part qualification in SLIM/CIM/CIMA or equivalent.
• Overall 10 years of experience in the areas of deposit mobilization in a financial institution or bank
• Sound knowledge of operations procedures Deposit products and instructions procedure of the customers
