Job Title- Training & development Manager (NGO)

Our Client

International Non-Governmental Organization in Colombo with its headquarters located in Colorado Springs USA.

Qualifications and experience

• Degree in Management/Leadership or Adult Education/Training or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years experience in management

                         Or

• 4 to 5 years of training or adult education
• Effective language skills with both written and verbally English & Sinhala or Tamil

Job Role

• Implementing learning and training for child development models
• Interpreting and contextualizing
• Propose development strategies towards partners
• Evaluate trainings and manage team of specialists
• Should be willing to travel both local and overseas

Personal Attributes and skills

• Excellent interpersonal & facilitation skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Excellent organization skills and leader ship skills
• Age below 40 years
