                                               Trainer (Soft Skills)

Our client is a multinational company which provides the customer support services and outsourcing services globally.

Competency Fit

As the Trainer, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of Training and requirements and to ensure organizational training requirements are met.

Eligibility

• Diploma or any professional qualification in Training.
• 3-4 years of experience as a Trainer with strong command in English, ability to speak Tamil would be an added advantage.

Proficiency in MS office and willing to work in flexible hour and weekends as well.
The ideal candidate will be above 35 years of age and can look forward to a rewarding career with a clear path towards personal and professional success coupled with advanced training opportunities and an attractive remuneration package.
