Job Title- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We are looking for an active and effective Individual to join our team as Trainee Recruitment Consultant. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and whilst being able to think out of the box.
Qualifications and experience
- Diploma or a similar qualification in HR
- Should be able to communicate in English fluently
- No previous experience required
Job Role
Candidate will be responsible to filter, screen and schedule candidates for clients according to their requirements. Directly dealing with the clients and will be required to make sure all the vacancies assigned has to be closed within the assigned time period.
Personal Attributes and skills
- Good IT literacy skills
- Should possess high level of integrity, leadership skills, and ability to work independently
- Energetic / pleasant outgoing personality
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
