Role Profile

  • Co-ordinate with Superiors to clear all orders as per the agreed time plan to Warehouse
  • Invoicing ( Distributor / Institutions / Free issues to Distributors / Other type of invoicing) on a daily basis
  • For Credit  hold, follow the approval process and submit to Finance to release the order & monitor the approval time to release the order
  • For Price Variance & Other invoice related issues, check & settle within a given time duration
  • Monitor the order received time ASM wise / Modern Trade & orders send time to warehouse & delivery date to Distributor point after every CCO forward Superior
  • Maintain good relationships with internal & external customers

Personal Profile

  • Undergraduate of a recognised university or possess  professional qualification in the field of Logistics/Supply Chain Management
  • Ability to demonstrate sound knowledge on the operation of Food/ Pharmaceutical warehouse/ stores with experience of their applications in a small/ large scale manufacturing environment
  • Should be creative and possess good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
