Our client is a fastest growing insurance company located in Colombo and searching a suitably qualified applicant for the mentioned position.
The Role
As the Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for the areas of payroll administration, benefit management, budgeting & planning and expense management.
Eligibility
To be successful you will need to possess:
- A degree or any professional qualifications in HR.
- More than 4 years’ experience in a reputed company with the exposure to Compensation and Benefit function.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good command in English.
Part qualifications in Finance would be an added advantage.
