Our client is one of the largest FMCG companies having the head office in Colombo and seeking a talent for their factory in Dankotuwa.

The Role

As the Senior Executive- HRD, you will be responsible for developing an effective work force and motivated employees who can achieve maximum productivity in the company.

Eligibility

To be successful you will need to possess:

  • A sound educational background.
  • 3-5 years overall experience and minimum 2 years executive exposure in the field of HR.
  • Above average computer literacy.

Candidates close proximity to Dankotuwa area would be preferred.

The ideal candidate will be below 30 years of age and can look forward to a rewarding career with a clear path towards personal and professional success coupled with advanced training opportunities and an attractive remuneration package.
