Relationship Officer

Leasing & Hire Purchase (Colombo)

You should ideally;

  • be below 35 years of age.
  • have passed the GCE O/L with credit passes for English and Mathematics and passed the GCE A/L with 3 passes (excluding General English).
  • experience in sales/marketing in the financial services sector, exposure to the promotion and documentation of lease and Hire Purchase facilities will be a definite advantage.
  • have strong selling/negotiation skills to attract new business and a flair for excellent customer service with the ability to build a close rapport with suppliers.
  • possess a fair knowledge about the business community (especially the corporate clientele) in the region and relevant contacts will also be an advantage.
  • have the license/ability to ride a motor bike.

Job Profile

You will be required to identify prospective business sectors and potential customers and promote lease facilities in the area. The candidates are also expected to assist in the preparation of credit appraisals, be actively involved in recoveries and build and expand a client portfolio independently.
