Operations Manager 

• ​Should have a Masters Degree or an equivalent from a recognized institution
• Should have proven track record in leading an organization and relevant expertise in Supply chain management, finance, information and communication technology management, human resources, marketing and customer relations
• Should have Excellent decision-making ability, able to make sound value-judgments
• Candidate should be Open-minded, flexible, not dogmatic or rigid
• High level of self-discipline, organized, hardworking and methodical
• Excellent communicator
• Displays highest levels of honesty and integrity
• Models high level of interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates commitment and a high degree of responsibility towards his/her role
