Merchandising Manager

• Exposure in woven garments – Trousers, Jackets
• Overseas experience is preferred.
• Should have sound knowledge of fabrics/markers/consumptions/shade lot segregation/ wash blankets/patterns and planning
• Should be able to lead a team of 2 merch and 1 senior merch and handle an account independently for a volume ranging between 1.5 -2 lakh pcs per style.
• Should have good experience if handling sampling – scheduling &monitoring samples at various stages.
• Should have a hands on approach to monitor the styles in production – should go down to shop floor to monitor the progress on daily basis.
• Should have good leadership skills to work together with various departments to timely shipments
• Should be a NIFT, BTech(Textiles), graduate with specialization in garment merchandising from reputed institute.
