The Job;
The Manager – Logistics & Procurement will be responsible to lead all logistic related activities, procurement and security functions of the company. He will also be responsible for branch expansion initiatives and to increase sustainability credentials of the company. The candidate should be able to lead and motivate the team enhancing the positive working culture within the department.
Eligibility;
To be successful in this role you would need to possess:
- A Degree or equivalent qualification (preferably in management) from a recognized institute.
- Professional qualification in Finance /Supply Chain Management would be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a reputed company in similar field.
- A high degree of communication skills with the ability to read, write and speak Sinhala/Tamil & English.
- Strong people management skills and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel to regions/branch offices Island wide.
- Preferably below 40 years of age.
