Manager – Human Resources

Essential requirements:

Qualification / Experience / Knowledge / Skills:

• Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institute in relation to HR
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in HR Management caliber
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills considered as prerequisites
• Excellent knowledge over SL statutory law and act(s)
• Self-motivated and able to interact with all levels of people
• Good PC skills, e.g. MS Word, Excel
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala; Tamil is an advantage
