Manager / Consultant – Resource Management and Operations

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the heads of Business Units and Project Managers to ratify growth plans and develop resource plans for the business units / company.
• Responsible for managing end to end resource planning and resource fulfillment of the organization by optimizing demand and supply.
• Assist the Management team to identify trends based on the stipulated metrics to provide inputs for planning.
• Support the Human Resources team to identify and acquire talent based upon business requirements.
• Assist the management team in achieving the strategic objectives of the organization.
• Generate MIS reports related to Resource Management and Operations.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Excellent communication and people interaction skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
• Analytical aptitude with the ability to perceive trends.
• Ability to work under pressure and able to calmly prioritize conflicting demands.
• Attention to detail and able to manage data accurately.
• Familiarity with resource management / consulting operations is an advantage.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years industry experience in related area of work (Capacity Planning / Merchandising / Procumbent / Operations).
• Bachelor’s degree. CIMA qualifications / Qualification in resource management will be an added advantage.
