IT Systems Assistant

We require for immediate appointment an IT System Assistant with following qualifications & ability.

EDUCATION:

• G.C.E (A/L) qualified & Credit Pass in Mathematics and English in G.C.E. (O/L)
• Diploma Holder in Computing or equivalent IT qualification

AGE:

• Below 30 years

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• IT skills from a Microsoft OS and application background is essential.
• Maintenance, troubleshooting, investigation and diagnosis of PC/IT hardware issues
• Knowledge in networking and databases

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with all levels of staff / users
• “can do” approach to the installation of IT systems
• Sensitive to the impact of introducing new IT systems
• Able to work using own initiative and work autonomously, as a member of a team & flexibly
• Able to undertake duties & demands of the post, manage workload and prioritize appropriately
