IT Support Assistant

St. Anthony’s Industries Group (Pvt) Ltd, IT Division is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Assistant to join our team.

The tasks involved:

• Working in the IT team on trouble-shooting general IT issues throughout the company with regular upkeep and maintenance of all IT systems including ERP, databases, servers, email services, storage, telephony system, internet connectivity, security, 50+ desktop/laptop clients
• Assisting with the day to day management of the IT infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime of all systems/ software and services to all users and stakeholders.
• Other ad-hoc IT software projects / support tasks as and when required.

  The successful candidate should ideally have:

• Should be A/L qualified, IT Diploma holder.
• 3 years’ experience / working knowledge of programming projects essential.
• Experience of installing & maintaining Windows-based PCs, Laptops and networks
• Experience of web design projects
• Ability to work under own initiative with minimal supervision
• Strong problem solving skills
• Willingness to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
