HR Payroll Executive – (Gampaha)

Accountability

  • Maintaining human resources database & Attendance system
  • Handling employees payroll and preparing payroll information reports
  • Performing a variety of human resource supporting duties in the Printing plant
  • Attending General office administration matters in the Printing Plant

Ideal Qualification

  • GCE A/L Qualification
  • Minimum Diploma level in HRM from IPM/NIBM or any other recognized institute.
  • 2 – 5 years post qualifying experience in HR administration in a recognized institute preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Thorough knowledge of computer-based applications and excellent communication & Interpersonal skills with ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and be a team player.
  • Preferred age below 35 years.

Candidates residing in Gampaha areas are preferred
